How ordering and delivery work
Products sold by Kiviora are digital and no physical shipment is required.
After payment confirmation, we process your order manually and deliver the digital product to the email address provided during checkout, normally within 15 minutes. Where applicable, the delivery email also includes activation or access instructions relevant to the purchased product.
Before checkout, customers may be asked to expressly request delivery of digital content before the end of the statutory withdrawal period and acknowledge the resulting consequences for the right of withdrawal.
