Shopping at Kiviora is a fully digital process. Products are delivered electronically by email, so no physical shipment or courier delivery is required.

After payment confirmation, we process orders manually and deliver the purchased digital product to the email address provided during checkout, normally within 15 minutes.

Step by step

1. Choose your product

Browse the Kiviora catalog and select the digital product you want to purchase.

Before adding a product to your cart, carefully check the information displayed on its product page, including:

  • product name and type;
  • platform;
  • region, where applicable;
  • activation requirements; and
  • compatibility information, where applicable.

If you are uncertain whether a product is suitable for your account, device, platform or region, contact support@kiviora.com before purchasing.

2. Add the product to your cart

Click "Add to cart" on the product page and review your selected product before proceeding.

3. Review the digital-content information

Because Kiviora sells digital content, before proceeding to checkout you may be asked to expressly request that delivery begin before the end of the statutory withdrawal period and acknowledge the resulting consequences for your statutory right of withdrawal.

4. Proceed to checkout

After reviewing your cart and the applicable terms, proceed to checkout.

Enter a valid email address carefully. Your digital product will be delivered to this address.

5. Choose an available payment method

Select one of the payment methods displayed as available during checkout and complete your payment.

The payment methods available to you may depend on your location, device, currency and payment provider.

6. Payment confirmation and order processing

Once payment has been confirmed, Kiviora processes your order manually for electronic delivery.

7. Receive your digital product by email

Your digital product will be sent to the email address provided during checkout, normally within 15 minutes after payment confirmation.

Where applicable, the delivery email will also include activation or access instructions relevant to the purchased product.

If you cannot find the email, check your Spam, Junk, Promotions and other filtered folders.

8. Activate or use your product

Follow the instructions provided with your order and the activation requirements stated on the relevant product page.
